Terms and Conditions

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Pakistan.
  • Products purchased from this website may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
  1. The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
  2. The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  3. The item received differs from the one ordered.
  4. Nothing is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, and original packing.
  • Where an item arrives damaged or with something missing, photographs of the outer packaging must be emailed to help@atelier.example as evidence before the packaging is thrown away.
  • To raise a dispute, email photographs of the item to help@atelier.example or call +92 42 111 000 000 within 7 days of delivery. Each dispute is reviewed individually and we will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once it is settled we issue a replacement of the same value as the product named on the invoice.
  • No dispute is accepted more than 7 days after delivery.
  • The buyer is responsible for purchases made in good faith and for the selections made — sizes, colours, and articles chosen at the point of order.
  • We may send marketing, such as newsletters and lookbooks, to customers who have asked for it, using the name, email address, and postal address held on the account. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
  • We may contact you about a problem with your delivery, using the telephone number or address on the order.
  • We may disclose order data to fraud prevention agencies where we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity.
  • We may verify that you are of legal age to shop online.
  • No card payments are taken on this site. We do not collect, process, or store card or bank details at any point, and no payment provider is involved in placing an order. Payment for an order is arranged separately once it is confirmed.
  • Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Every total is recalculated on our own systems when the order is placed, from the items and quantities submitted.
  • Please read these terms carefully. As amended from time to time, they form a binding contract between us and you whenever you visit, use, or shop at this site. They sit alongside our privacy policy and returns and exchange terms.
