Atelier Privacy Policy

  1. Each time you use this site you are bound by the Privacy Policy in force at that moment. Please review it so you are satisfied you agree with it.
  2. The personal data you give us is handled for the following purposes:
  • To take, fulfil, and deliver an order, and to contact you about it.
  • To answer enquiries you send us.
  • To send marketing about our collections, where you have asked for it. Every such message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can change your preference at any time from your account.

  2. We share your data with third parties only where it is necessary to fulfil the purposes above — a courier needs a delivery address — or where the law requires it. We do not sell it.
  3. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and marketing preferences until you withdraw them. After that the data is deleted.
  1. Cookies.This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers or advertising pixels. Your shopping bag is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a reload; it stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browsing data removes it.
  2. Payment data. We take no card payments on this site. No card or bank details are collected, processed, or stored at any point.
