Shipping and Exchange

1. We do not offer refunds on any product. Eligible items may be exchanged only.
2. Products bought from this site may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item received differs from the one ordered.
• Nothing is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, and original packing.

Claims are entertained only when raised within 7 days of the order date. Email photographs of the item to help@atelier.example, or call +92 42 111 000 000, within that window. Each dispute is reviewed individually and we will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once the item reaches us our team reviews the damage. When a dispute is settled in your favour we issue a replacement of the same value as the product named on the invoice and send it to your address.

3. Where an exchange is agreed, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.
4. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Unstitched fabric that has been cut or stitched cannot be exchanged.
6. Wedding wear and couture pieces cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Order cancellation

1. We do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
2. Orders may be cancelled at no cost any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has left our warehouse it can no longer be cancelled, and the exchange terms above apply instead.

We may cancel an order for any reason. Common reasons include the item being out of stock, damage found during quality control, or an error in the order itself. You will be told which applies.

We take no card payments on this site and store no card details, and we do not share customer details with third parties.

Product disclaimer

Colours may vary slightly between the photographs on this site and the garment you receive. Screens render colour differently, and dyeing, printing, and embroidery on natural fibres all carry small batch-to-batch variation. This is inherent to the cloth rather than a defect, and is not on its own grounds for an exchange.

Hand-finished detail — embroidery, embellishment, and appliqué — varies piece to piece. Measurements may differ by up to half an inch from the size chart.
