Considered womenswear made in small runs, cut from natural fibres and finished by hand. Below are the questions we are asked most often — about delivery, sizing, and what happens when something is not right.
We ship across Pakistan. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days of dispatch. Couture and bridal pieces are made to order, so their delivery time is confirmed once we have reviewed your requirements and the season you need them for.
Colours can look slightly different on screen from the cloth in hand, and dyeing, printing, and embroidery on natural fibres vary a little batch to batch. That variation is part of the fabric rather than a fault, and on its own it is not grounds for an exchange. If what arrives is clearly not the colour ordered, send us photographs and we will put it right.
Yes — at no cost, any time before the order is dispatched. Once it has left our warehouse it can no longer be cancelled, and the exchange terms apply instead. We take no card payments on this site, so there is no refund to process either way.
Sizes, colours, and the delivery address can be changed while the order is still being prepared. Contact us on +92 42 111 000 000 or at help@atelier.example with your order number as soon as you can — once an order is packed we cannot alter it.
Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided nothing is missing from the package and the tags and original packing are intact. Discounted items, stitched fabric, and couture and bridal pieces are excluded. The full terms are on our returns and exchange page.
We do not offer refunds. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we exchange it for a replacement of the same value — email photographs to help@atelier.example within 7 days of delivery.
Every product page lists the sizes stocked in that colourway, and sold-out sizes are shown rather than hidden so you can see what is coming back. Hand-finished pieces can differ from the size chart by up to half an inch.
